Prom Boutique

The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma will again host its annual Prom Boutique on Saturday, Feb. 28, from 10 a.m. to noon in Station 82 in the Student Center. Local high school students will have the opportunity to shop for donated prom dresses and other accessories for their upcoming spring proms.

Those interested in donating prom dresses (or any type of fancy dress), jewelry, shoes and other accessories can drop items off at the Student Services office on the third floor of the Student Center by Friday, Feb. 27.

Today the $300 deposit is due for the the 35th Annual ART AND THEATRE TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY and the date all deposits become non-refundable. The six-day, five-night art theatrfsde-based trip is open to all faculty, students and members of the general public. New York Trip Details and Rates

Alumni Chapel

Dr. Dex Marble, vice president for academic affairs, will make his first extended public appearance as a pianist in a recital at 7:30 p.m. March 4 in the Alumni Chapel.

Marble will perform pieces from Johann Sebastian Bach, Johannes Brahms and Ludwig van Beethoven, among others. The last piece will be one Marble composed decades ago and will be performed by Dr. Ken Bohannon, professor of music; Dr. Kate Sekula, special instructor of music; and Cherokee Howell, USAO music student.

The performance is free and open to the public.

Join the Drovers as they take on Oklahoma City University in a single game beginning at 2 p.m. at Bill Smith Ballpark. Fans enjoy free admission to all Drover home games.

Chickasha Community

Join us in this year's Drover Difference Day where students, faculty and staff will spend the day volunteering throughout Chickasha in conjunction with various community organizations. In the past, these have included Ross Health Care, Chickasha Police Department, City of Chickasha, Resurrection House, YMCA, Grady County Historical Society, and more.
