The committee I created to increase attendance at our basketball games (see previous note) had its first meeting, and I think it went really well. I was surprised at the number of people who showed up because I hadn't heard back from a few of them. We had almost everyone there (the few who were missing were out of town or otherwise unavailable). The group brainstormed ideas, then we talked about options, and then discussed the sensitive topic of budget.
Featuring over 300 singers from Grand and Lincoln Elementary schools and Chickasha Intermediate School, this fall concert by the USAO Concert Choir will be a holiday hit! 3 p.m. in the Te Ata Memorial Auditorium, located in Troutt Hall, on the USAO campus.
Students at the University of Science and Arts will present their solutions to many global problems during the first-ever PEST Fair of Innovative Ideas on Aug. 4 at 4:15 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom. The presentation is free and open to the public.
Description: Through participation in this workshop, students will discover key components of under-preparedness, determine what information to gather about exams, and assess their current study strategies and preparation.
