Brisco McPherson Basketball Camp

Coach Brisco McPherson hosts his 25th annual summer basketball camp June 6-10 and June 27-July 1. Costs are $110 for the day camp and $60 for the mini camp.

Agpalo hits two homers, breaks school record

CHICKASHA – First-year Drover Liz Agpalo already tops the record books in one category after hitting two home runs in a doubleheader against Northwestern Oklahoma State last week.

CHICKASHA – The Drovers fell Tuesday afternoon at home in nine innings against the NCAA Division II Cameron University Aggies.

Regents honor top faculty, student athletes

Regents honored top faculty members and student athletes when they met on April 12 at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. The board also reappointed faculty, professional and general staffs for the coming year and approved curriculum changes.

Drovers come back, overtake the Rangers

CHICKASHA – The Drovers grabbed a much-needed confernece win with an RBI single by Robert Summers deep in the ninth against Northwestern Oklahoma State on Monday afternoon. Shortstop Regulo Moy scored the winning run.

USAO Minerva Awards highlight student achievement

Students at the University of Science and Arts were honored in the spring for a variety of achievements during the fifth annual Minerva Awards Ceremony at the USAO Ballroom April 12.

No. 19 Chaps sweep the Drovers

CHICKASHA – The Drovers could not overtake the No. 19 Lubbock Christian Chaparrals in a three-game series at Bill Smith Ballpark. USAO fell in another two games on Saturday.

CHICKASHA – Battling 50 mph wind gusts Friday afternoon, the Drovers fell 10-2 to Lubbock Christian in nine innings in the first contest of a three-game home series.
