Three faculty members were honored for teaching and research by the USAO Board of Regents last week. Regents honored top faculty members and student athletes when they met on April 12 at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. The board also reappointed faculty, professional and general staffs for the coming year and approved curriculum changes.
CHICKASHA – The Drovers grabbed a much-needed confernece win with an RBI single by Robert Summers deep in the ninth against Northwestern Oklahoma State on Monday afternoon. Shortstop Regulo Moy scored the winning run.
A total of 17 seniors graduating with honors were recognized during the 2010-11 Minerva Awards at USAO in the spring.
