Guitarist David Burgess combines Latin sensibilities with classical guitar technique as he kicks off the Davis Waldorf Performing Arts Series at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 in Te Ata Memorial Auditorium at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.
