This course will cover cell molecular techniques such as DNA and protein electrophoresis, chromatography, polymerase chain reaction of student’s DNA, sequencing, cloning in bacteria and cell culture. Laboratory-1 3 hour lab. Co-requisite with BIOL 3523.
