David Zoetewey Assistant Professor of Chemistry
David Zoetewey is the Assistant Professor of Chemistry for the Division of Science and Physical Education here at USAO. He became a faculty member at USAO in 2013.
David Zoetewey grew up in Denver, Colorado. (Go Broncos!) He is the middle of three children. His research interests include protein structure and folding as well as the reaction pathways of chlorinated organic materials during the water treatment process by chloramines. David met his wife, Corrie, while working on his Post-doc at Auburn University (War Eagle!) and they have a beautiful new daughter, Emma. In David's spare time, he enjoys singing anything from Barbershop quartets to choral music and musical theatre.
