Majors > Business Administration
Traditionally, business administration includes activities such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling in the business world. Business administration majors are responsible for the primary activities of the firm; those being inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, and service.
Majors in business administration are also responsible for the support activities of infrastructure (accounting, finance, strategic planning), human resource management (recruiting, training and development, compensation management), technology development (product and process improvement), and procurement (material acquisition).
USAO’s bachelor of science degree in business administration combines the practical procedure of the discipline with the people-oriented aspect of the liberal arts.
