BOLING, Rosemary (Barton)
Mrs. Rosemary Boling, 82, of Rogers, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007. She was born Jan. 28, 1925, in Chickasha, Okla., to Earl and Frances (Wendt) Barton. She lived in Chickasha, Okla., for 39 years, and was a graduate of Oklahoma College for Women with a bachelor degree in art. Fayetteville was her home for 25 years. She was an award-winning artist, homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Fayetteville. She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Boling; five children, Rick Spivey and wife Rita of Bentonville, Shell Spivey of Rogers, Marsha Spivey of Rogers, Phillip Boling of Fayetteville, Mark Boling and wife Cindy of Fort Worth, Texas; four grandchildren; Ami Spivey of Rogers, Jeremy Spivey of Platteville, Colo., Marsha Kay Rainey and husband Ben of Broomfield, Colo., and Shawn Spivey of Rogers, and three great-grandchildren; Savannah, Caroline and Annabelle Rainey. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home with the Rev. Travis Wollenberg officiating. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Fayetteville.
