McKay, Michael Duane Michael Duane McKay Funeral service for Michael Duane McKay, 57, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, October 17, 2008, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Michael Duane McKay was born January 3, 1951, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the son of R. C. and Betty (Miller) McKay and died October 14, 2008, in Chickasha. Mike graduated from Chickasha High School and attended USAO. He was an avid OU fan and loved his Irish heritage. Mike loved to spend time with his grandchildren and watch Logan play sports. He and Bonnie were married June 26, 1998, in Chickasha. Mike worked as a foreman at Midwest Towers. He was preceded in death by: father, R.C. McKay; and his mother: Betty McKay. Survivors include his wife: Bonnie McKay of Blanchard; two sons: Patrick McKay of Blanchard, and Ryan McKay and wife Lori of Blanchard; one daughter: Shawna Nesser and husband Jay of Ohio; one sister: Brenda Myers and husband Michael of Anadarko; one brother: Terry McKay and wife Darby of Norman; grandchildren: Logan and Kamdyn McKay; and stepsons: Glen and Travis Isaacs; Midwest Tower family and Grace Nursing Home family; and several nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
