STEPHENS, Ramah (Linder)

Stephens, Ramah Linder Ramah Linder Stephens, 79, passed away Monday, July 9, 2007 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born September 14, 1927 in Cloud Chief, Oklahoma to William and Beulah (Jackson) Linder. She graduated from Capitol Hill High School and attended Oklahoma College for Women, Northeast Louisiana State University and The University of Houston, majoring in Art Education. Ramah was an award winning artist with art in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. She was a member of the Central Art Association and a former member and officer in the Order of the Eastern Star. She attended the Southern Hills Baptist Church. She worked several years for different oil companies, then retired with Unysis. She is survived by one daughter, Nancy Butler; two brothers, Gary Linder and wife Joyce, Robert Linder and wife Gerri; one sister, Lavonne Hagey. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Paul Hagey. Funeral services will be held 10 A.M., Sat., July 14, 2007 in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
