Wilkinson, Frances Vivian McQuiddy WILKINSON Frances Vivian McQuiddy Wilkinson, 91, went to her heavenly home on January 9, 2009. Born March 24, 1917 in Springfield, MO to Rev. Garrett and Clara Carroll McQuiddy. She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years Edwin Wilkinson, Brother Winston McQuiddy, Son Edwin Wilkinson, Jr., Granddaughters Sherry Tucker and Angela Wilkinson, Great Grandson Jerry Don Stevens and Great Great Granddaughter Taylor Brazell. As the daughter of a minister she moved around Texas and Oklahoma, graduating from High School in Guthrie, Oklahoma as Valedictorian. She attended Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha, OK before moving to Jacksonville. She graduated from Massey Business College and was a bookkeeper for several companies. She is survived by her children Don and Eva Wilkinson of KS, Bill and Beth Wilkinson of CO, Thomas and Jeanette Wilkinson; Janet and DeWayne Howard; and Garrett and Diana Wilkinson of Jacksonville, as well as 24 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and 21 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Thomas Wilkinson, Jr., Irving Wilkinson, Rick Stevens, Brian Wilkinson, Ronald Howard, and James Howard, Honorary Pallbearers Richard Tucker, Bruce Wilkinson, Edwin Wilkinson, III, Dennis Wilkinson and Christopher Wilkinson all Grandsons. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road. Services will be held at Forrest Christian Church, 13733 N. Main St., Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Restlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Forrest Christian Church.
