More than 240 students at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or greater during the fall 2011 trimester and were named to the university’s honor rolls, USAO records officials have announced.
A print created by Steve Brown, professor of art at the University of Science and Arts, has been included in a printmaking exhibit and portfolio traveling the United States.
Noted author and USAO Alumni Hall of Fame member Bill Wallace has died at the age of 64.
For some, it may be in the eye of the beholder or only skin deep but come Feb. 13 and 14, “beauty” will be under the microscope as the Festival of Arts and Ideas gets underway at the University of Science and Arts.

“Life is generous; I can find interesting photographs anywhere. And that is my main concern in photographing, to make interesting photographs,” Rushton says.
