Senior Leadership Award

The purpose of this award to recognize outstanding Senior students who have exemplified leadership on campus by enhancing co-curricular activities and service at USAO. The award is not necessarily given to the student with the most club memberships. Instead, we are looking for your work as a student leader, including serving as an officer in a student club, organizing and managing events, serving as a team leader on group projects, establishing new community-campus partnerships, and nurturing the leadership skills of other students.

 

Please provide the following information:

1. List the clubs and organizations you have been active in, and describe your role in each of them.
2. Describe the community service projects you have been involved in, and identify your specific role in each of them.
3. Describe how your leadership skills have developed while at USAO.
4. Describe how you have encouraged and fostered the leadership skills in other students.
