2012: Summers played in about half the games for the Drovers, missing the middle of the season due to injury. He had compiled a batting average of .343 with 23 hits off of just 67 at bats. He scored 19 runs, including a home run in a Sooner Athletic Conference tournament game.
2011: As a sophomore, Summers played in 43 games and saw 35 starts. He scored 29 runs and batted 20 runners in with 37 hits on the season. In a March game against NCAA Division II Cameron, Summers had five hits and four runs, including a home run.
2010: Summers made 20 appearances as a redshirt freshman and came out of the season with six runs and three RBIs for the Drovers. His home run came as the only run scored in a loss to conference-rival Oklahoma City.
