USAO Fieldhouse

Serving as home to the USAO men’s and women’s basketball programs since the mid-80s, the USAO Fieldhouse proudly boasts championship banners from every USAO sport including a 2001-02 NAIA National Championship for men’s basketball. Located at the corner of 19th Street and Utah Avenue in Chickasha, the Fieldhouse has a capacity of 1,600. Included in the USAO Fieldhouse are an indoor swimming complex, four locker rooms, a conference room, a newly renovated training room, a full-sized gym and three coaches’ offices. Bill Smith Ballpark

Housing home stadiums for both USAO baseball and softball programs, the Bill Smith Ballpark was named after long-time USAO administrator Bill Smith, who donated his personal baseball memorabilia to raise funds to reinstate baseball and begin softball at the university in the mid-1990s. The ballpark’s capacity can accommodate up to 500 spectators. The baseball field can be found at the corner of Grand Avenue and 20th Street and the softball field is at the corner of 23rd Street and California Avenue. More about the Ballpark

 

 

 

Drover Pitch

The Drovers began playing soccer in 1998 and have been host to many games at the Drover Pitch. The soccer field is located right next to USAO Fieldhouse with parking available at the corner of 19th Street and Utah Avenue. The Pitch includes stands for around 200 fans and a press box built in 2009. Drover Pitch has been the home to many Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament games and finals matches. The Drovers have a separate practice field and a locker room in the USAO Fieldhouse. More about the Pitch
