NAIA, USAO offer ways to watch tournament

ORANGE BEACH, ALA. – The NAIA and USAO combine to offer fans multiple ways to follow or watch the Drovers live in the 2010 NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship, held this week in Orange Beach, Ala.

The Drovers play in the second round of the championship at 2:30 p.m. Monday. They take on the University of Great Falls (Mont.), who upset No. 2 Simon Fraser in the opening round of the tournament.

The NAIA will present the game live online. To watch the live video, click here. There is a $9.95 single game viewing fee.

For students and fans in Chickasha, the USAO Student Activities Board is hosting a free watch party in the Drover Den in the Student Center on USAO’s campus. SAB will provide the live-streamed video along with snacks and drinks.

Fans also have the opportunity to follow the game using live stats, which are available by clicking the “live stats” link on USAO’s sports website.

Tickets are $8 per day for adults and $3 per day for youth to see the games in person at the Orange Beach Sports Complex. Also available are a $20 all-tournament pass.

The championship is presented by Orthopaedic Group, P.C., and Encore Rehabilitation, Inc.

The championship is a single-loss elimination tournament. If the Drovers win on Monday, they will play again Wednesday.
