CHICKASHA – Anchoring a back line that had two shutouts and serving as one of USAO’s leading scorers in two conference games earned Scott Parkinson the Sooner Athletic Conference Defensive Player the Week award.

CHICKASHA – After a combined 6-0 record last week from the Drover men’s and women’s teams, two Drovers were named Sooner Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 17.

Midfielder Calli Cooper had two game-winning goals and scored three-quarters of USAO’s goal last week. She was named SAC Offensive Player of the Week for the women.

CHICKASHA – Continuing their conference success, the Drovers grabbed another win Saturday afternoon against Lubbock Christian to remain undefeated in the Sooner Athletic Conference.

CHICKASHA – After a solid two-goal game against conference foe Oklahoma Christian, freshman Graham Hunter was named Sooner Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

Hunter scored a goal of each of his shots in the 5-1 win over the Eagles. On the season, he has five goals and three assists.

He is USAO’s second SAC Player of the Week in the 2011-12 season.

CHICKASHA – A last-minute Drover goal forced a conference battle against Wayland Baptist into overtime for the Drover men, who came out victorious.

The USAO men, undefeated in the Sooner Athletic Conference and No. 24 in the country, fought early before giving up a goal 15 minutes into the game.
