2013: Playing midfield for the Drovers as a sophomore, Maxwell appeared in all but two games. He recorded six goals and five assists and came in third on the team in points with 17. In a home game against conference foe John Brown, Maxwell recorded both a goal and assist to help the Drovers to a 3-0 shutout. His lone game-winner was in a late October game at Southwestern Assemblies of God.
2012: As a freshman, Maxwell played in nearly every game of the season and saw 11 starts. Playing midfield, he became an important part of the team. His lone goal came in a 3-0 shutout over conference-foe John Brown. His only assist was in a September contest against Friends University.
High School: Maxwell played in Scotland and was named Player of the Year in 2007, 2009 and 2010-12. He was the top goal scorer for the school and the league in 2009 and 2010-12. For the 2011-12 season, he scored 40 goals in competitive games. He helped his team become four-time league champions ans well as Scottish Cup Finalists, West Region Champions and League Cup Champions.
