The Lady Drovers continued conference struggles on Thursday against Oklahoma Christian, losing both games of the afternoon doubleheader.
In the first game, the Drovers were not able to capitalize on their seven hits, scoring only two runs in the 12-2 loss.
Rosy Campos, of Porterville, Calif., went three of three Thursday afternoon. She hit a double on her way to one of the Drovers two runs. Sophomore Jenna Findley, of Mustang, also hit a double and went two for three with one RBI.
Pitcher Michelle Bauer started in the circle on Thursday afternoon, allowing only five hits in her more than three innings pitching.
Senior pitcher Ashlyn Kimberly pitched a complete game against the OC Eagles, striking out four batters and allowing only three earned runs in the 6-0 loss in the second game.
Whitney Bellamy, of Anadarko, hit two of three also in the second game.
The Drovers fall to 10-20 overall and 1-13 in conference play. The team will leave Chickasha to play Northwestern Oklahoma State on Tuesday before heading back home to take on Oklahoma Baptist in a doubleheader next Thursday. First pitch is at 2 p.m.
