CHICKASHA – The Drovers (2-0) continue their early-season success as they defeated their second opponent in a row in a Friday evening game at the USAO Fieldhouse.

In the game, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma traded baskets with Central Baptist (2-2) for the first 10 minutes before securing their final lead. The Drovers won 57-36 in the end.

CHICKASHA– After their second straight Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament berth, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma nets 12 new women’s basketball players.

Along with the 12 new recruits, the Drovers will have three players returning to round out the roster for the team. The returners are Brooke Worcester, Ndeye Ngom and Agota Jozan. Both Ngom and Jozan will be returning after sitting out last season due to injures.

CHICKASHA – Area girls will get their opportunity to improve their basketball skills in Jennifer Hayden’s Basketball Camp this July.
