The Spring Triad- Scholastic Meet, Montmartre, Droverstock

The first Thursday in April always means one thing at USAO- The Spring Triad. The day when the science and the arts in our name come alive as thousands of students from all across the state descend upon Chickasha to show off their academic and artistic talents while taking in some great music and fun in the process. This is the 20th anniversary of the Droverstock festival and all indications suggest that the bands performing, including headliners Stardeath and the White Dwarfs, are about to come face-to-face with our biggest audiences yet.

Here's what we've got in store-
Scholarship Meet- Young minds from all over the state compete in 25 academic categories for medals, trophies and bragging rights for their school. [/spring-triad/contest-information]

Spurred on by competition, Artists from elementary schools, high schools and colleges across Oklahoma create works of art in four hours on six-foot square drawing canvasses on the road leading through the USAO oval.
