Annette Charboneau
Assessment CoordinatorBiography
Annette serves as the Institutional Assessment Coordinator. She joined USAO in 2010 after spending 10 years as a school teacher at Mustang, OK, and in Bamberg, Germany.
She is originally from northwest Oklahoma and received her BA in English Education from Oklahoma Panhandle State University in 1998. She currently is working on her Masters of Education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
