Donna Johnson is the administrative assistant and PBX operator. She has been a member of the USAO staff since 2008. Donna answers USAO's main phone line and helps direct callers to the correct office.
She is a part of the Office of Information Services and Technology at USAO. The team is responsible for administrative computer services, academic computer services, institutional research and assessment, telephone system maintenance and support and help desk support.
