Tim Stiger
Director of Physical PlantBiography
Tim Stiger is the Director of the USAO Physical Plant. He has been a member of USAO's staff since 1998. The Physical Plant is responsible for grounds-keeping, building maintenance, custodial services, and the motor-pool.
Mr. Stiger maintains a number of professional certifications, which include: IFMA Certified Facility Manager, BOMI Facility Management Administrator, and K-12 School Superintendent. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and attorney.
Before joining USAO, Mr. Stiger was the Operations Departmental Business Manager at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center for six and a-half years. While at the OU Health Sciences Center, he also served as Finance Officer for the Medical Technology & Research Authority. He is a former IRS Agent and IRS Appeals Specialist. He has practiced as an attorney and as a certified public accountant.
Mr. Stiger is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is the former president of the Oklahoma Association of College and University Physical Plant Administrators. Mr. Stiger currently serves as Treasurer of CAPPA, the Central Association of Physical Plant Administrators. He has served as Chair of the State Regents System Safety, Health, and Environmental Resource Center.
Mr. Stiger has received the following degrees from the University of Oklahoma: B.S., Accountancy; Masters of Business Administration; Juris Doctorate; M.S. Construction Administration.
