Academic Year 2009-2010
Supreme Court is the Oversight on all SA legislative matters, and interprets the SA constitution. They listen to any grievances filed with Senate related business including impeachment of SA Executive Council members. Grievance papers may be obtained in the SA office, Room 300 on the 3rd floor of the Student Center Building. Supreme Court also reviews and files ALL clubs and organizations seeking USAO campus recognition. Information on how to start a club may be gathered from any Supreme Court Justice or picked up from the SA office. Meetings of the Supreme Court are held Mondays, 9:30pm in the Lawson Court Clubhouse.
02/17/10: At this time, all clubs & organizations must turn in current documentation in order to be reviewed by Supreme Court for recognition by SA, this information includes current constitution with any and all changes or amendments, updated members list, officer and advisor contact information, and SA form 1003 that can be picked up at the SA office, Room 300 on the 3rd floor of the Student Center Building.
