USAO's Student Club/Organization Fair

Deadline to register for a table is Monday, January 7th at 5:00pm.

Please fill out the webform below to reserve your spot at the Hot Cocoa Social. All USAO recognized organizations are eligible to participate. Space is available at a first register, first served basis. 

*All clubs/organizations registered are required to set-up between 6pm-6:45pm. Every organization will receive one table and two chairs. Everything else must be provided by the organization, as SAB will not be able to provide anything else not already in the Ballroom.

* A member of the organization much occupy their table AT ALL TIMES. Any abandoned tables will be taken away. Organizations must make sure there is at least one person at the table the entire time of the social.

****The most creative and informative club/org display will win a PRIZE****
