Students have the opportunity to take the Oral English Screening Test free of charge on the scheduled dates.  However, if they miss taking the test, for whatever reason, they will then have the option of either waiting until the next trimester or paying $15.00 for each hour of time required to administer and process the test.



Students who receive these benefits should contact the Veterans Representative in the Registrar’s Office for information and assistance at (405) 574-1205.  Students who use any of the various education assistance programs under the G.I. Bill are reminded to make this fact known to the Registrar’s Office at the time enrollment forms are submitted.  To ensure accurate information for the Department of Veterans Affairs, these students need to obtain the “Veterans Confirmation of Enrollment” form in the Registrar’s Office, and have it signed by the advisor. The form must be submitted to the Veterans Representative prior to certification of enrollment for VA education benefits.
