Biography
Before graduate school, I was an elementary special education teacher for children
with autism. I earned my MS in adapted physical education and taught adapted physical
education at the postsecondary and PK-12 levels. I was a graduate teaching assistant
at TWU before taking a position as an instructor at the University of Science & Arts
of Oklahoma. I completed my PhD in Adapted Physical Activity with a minor in Special
Education in August, 2022
In my free time I enjoy watching movies, taking road trips, and camping with my husband,
our 3 children and 2 dogs.
