Activities Fair Registration

Please fill out the webform below to reserve your spot at the Activities Fair on Wednesday, January 11 in the Ballroom. Space is available at a first register, first served basis. The Activities Fair is USAO's trimesterly event where clubs and organizations can hand out information to USAO students.

The Activities Fair will take place from 6-7 p.m. Booth set up begins at 5 p.m.

As a reminder, food is not allowed at the Activities Fair outside of light snacks (cookies, candy, etc). Please contact Roland at if you have any questions.

COZY TOES COMPETITION: For this Activities Fair, SAB is partnering with Leadership Academy for a sock donation drive. All organizations will be provided a box to put new socks in during the Activities Fair. The organization who donates the most socks will win a $50 Walmart Gift Card. Participation is optional but encouraged. 

If you are an off-campus organization or do not have a president in your organization, please list a contact person who will serve as the point of contact for the event. If the contact person is also the president, please list that person's information on both fields.
Note: Every organization will receive one table and two chairs. A member of the organization must occupy their table AT ALL TIMES. Any abandoned tables will be taken away.
