Ice Cream Social Registration

Please fill out the webform below to reserve your spot at the Ice Cream Social. Space is available at a first register, first served basis.

*Important Note* The Ice Cream Social time has changed! This year, it will take place from 6-8pm. This means you must set up your booth at 5pm.

The Ice Cream Social is USAO's trimesterly Activities Fair where clubs and organizations set up booths to hand out information to USAO students. It is held in the ballroom. Organizations, please show up at 5pm in the Ballroom on Wednesday, August 26 to set up your booth. Booths will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Activity Fair opens to the campus at 6pm and is over by 8pm.

As a reminder, food is not allowed at the Ice Cream social outside of light snacks (cookies, candy, etc). Please contact Roland at rnunez@usao.edu if you have any questions.

NOTE: SAB is also holding a carnival on Thursday, August 27 from 6-8pm in the Oval. If your organization would like to participate in the carnival with some type of carnival game, please fill out the below section with your carnival idea. All ideas are subject to SAB approval. The carnival is only open to registered student organizations.

If you are an off-campus organization or do not have a president in your organization, please list a contact person who will serve as the point of contact for the event. If the contact person is also the president, please list that person's information on both fields.
Note: Every organization will receive one table and two chairs. A member of the organization must occupy their table AT ALL TIMES. Any abandoned tables will be taken away.
