Patsy "Pat" Wickliffe Quetone

Patsy "Pat" Wickliffe Quetone, 81, of Tahlequah, passed away Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, after a lengthy rehabilitation following hip surgery from a fall in April. She was born on Dec. 5, 1932, in Kenwood, to Fannie Hedrick and Charley Wickliffe, both deceased. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Beaver; brother, Otis Wickliffe; and grandson, Joshua David Tsotigh.

Debra Kaye (Rawson) Sparks Shoemake

Debra Kaye (Rawson) Sparks Shoemake, 65, of Alex, Oklahoma departed this life on August 19, 2014, following a nearly four-year battle with ALS. She was born on May 27, 1949 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Leta (Evans) and Walter "Red" Rawson. Debra graduated from Dibble High School in 1967 and later earned a B.S. from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in 1990 and a M.Ed.

Lester Joseph Dick

Lester Joseph Dick, age 64, died Monday, February 11, 2013 after a brief illness. He was born August 25, 1948 in Sharon Township, Kansas to Harold R. and Catherine C. (Ricke) Dick. He grew up in Sharon and was a graduate of Sharon High School. Lester served in the US Army (Infantry Division) during Vietnam. He received the Bronze Star in addition to numerous other metals and honors.

Hattie Dale (Baker) Anderson

Hattie Dale (Baker) Anderson, 83, passed from this life August 21, 2014, in Altus, Oklahoma. She was born November 8, 1930, to Clyde and Gladys (Linton) Baker in Terral, Oklahoma. She and Millard "Toad" Anderson were married January 11, 1951, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Dorothy Sacra Bell, 92, left this life on July 28, 2014, while resting at home in her late husband's recliner. Dorothy Jean was born and lived in the same big house in Chickasha as her parents, Tom and Opal, grandparents, cousins Gerry and Effie Lou, and their families. It was a boisterous, musical upbringing.

Funeral service for Ray Jr. Jackson, age 55 of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 in the McRay Funeral Home Chapel. Sister Alice Wendling will officiate. Ray Jr. Jackson was born on January 29, 1959, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He died on August 6, 2014, in Chickasha. He married Barbara Luellen Collier in 1997 in Chickasha.

Ann Lawrence-Swasey of Lake Wales passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at the Tampa General Hospital. She was born December 9, 1922 in Henryetta, OK to the late Russell Ward & Bernice (Campbell) Hughes; she came here from Pittsburgh, PA over 20 years ago. Ann graduated from the Oklahoma College for Women and was a teacher. She enjoyed music and played the flute, guitar, piano and violin.

Josephine (Standing) Parker, 66 of Gracemont, Oklahoma began her journey with the Creator August 10, 2014, at her residence in Gracemont, Oklahoma. She was born April 20, 1948 to Phillip & Nettie (Lara) Standing in Lawton, Oklahoma. Josephine graduated from Gracemont High School.

Anita Hayes Reisman

Anita Hayes Reisman was born on December 18, 1921 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma. She was the oldest child of James H. Hayes and Maggie Mutz. She attended Ninnekah schools where she graduated from high school in 1939. She was an active member of 4-H and was chosen as Oklahoma's State 4-H Girl. She married William Grover Reisman on May 18, 1940.
