Anita Hayes Reisman

Anita Hayes Reisman was born on December 18, 1921 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma. She was the oldest child of James H. Hayes and Maggie Mutz. She attended Ninnekah schools where she graduated from high school in 1939. She was an active member of 4-H and was chosen as Oklahoma's State 4-H Girl. She married William Grover Reisman on May 18, 1940.

Her family first settled in Dill City, Oklahoma, where Dorothy was educated from primary grades through high school graduation. Dorothy had three sisters - Ruth Elizabeth, Audrey Fae, Imogene - and a brother, Joe Wayne.

Mr. Tackett had lived in Hinton before moving to Chickasha.

Eula Mae Ogden

Eula Mae Ogden, 86, of Checotah, Oklahoma entered into Heaven's gates Saturday morning, July 19th, 2014 at Magnolia Gardens in Muskogee. She was born on October 26th, 1927 in Park Hill, Oklahoma to Agnes and Tom Carter. She attended Checotah High School where she graduated in 1947. Eula was active in the school's marching band as a majorette, the glee club, and the drama club.

Mary Jo Dahl

Mary Jo Dahl, 82, of Hot Springs, had her resurrection birth July 19, 2014. She was born July 25, 1931, in Ninnekah, Okla., to the late Huey and Mabel Gann. She was the youngest of eight children. All of her siblings, except her youngest brother, Gordon (Betty) of Edmond, Okla., preceded her in death. Mary Jo received her elementary and secondary education in Ninnekah.


MARY BUSCHE June 3, 1924 - June 27, 2014 OKLAHOMA CITY Mary Lou Busche died peacefully at home June 27, 2014. Born in Oklahoma City, she graduated from Shawnee High School, attended USAO and completed nurses training at Mercy Nursing School. She worked as an RN at Deaconess and Baptist hospitals.

Amy Sparks

Amy Sparks, 92, Pryor, died Tuesday, July 8, at her home in Pryor. She will be cremated as she wished and no public services will be held. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Key Funeral Home in Pryor. I died July 8, having lived a peaceful and happy life for 92 years. I was born Nov. 26, 1921 in Konawa, Okla., to John Taylor and Frances (Smith) Means.
