Ida May Ewing Findley died on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Greenspring Retirement Community in Springfield, Virginia. Ida May's passing was lovingly supported by Greenspring Hospice in partnership with Greenspring direct care staff. It was a gentle transition, attended by all four of her adult children, who were her life's greatest joy. Above all else, Ida May was a devoted mother.
A celebration of life for Carolyn Melynn (Carter) Yearwood, 46-year-old Weatherford resident, was scheduled for 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Liberty Church, 109 W. Franklin, Weatherford, with Pastor Scott Page officiating. Mrs. Yearwood died Friday, April 10, 2015, after a four-year battle with cancer.
Janice L. Bean was born July 19, 1955 in Anadarko to LaVonta "Bonny" Robertson Goucher and Virgil Goucher. She passed from this life at the age of 59 on March 13, 2015, at her home at Squaretop, surrounded by family. Jan was raised in the Anadarko area by her mother and step dad, Mart Bilyeu. She attended school mainly in Anadarko, with brief moves to Cement and Apache.
Jerita "Jerry" Norman, age 85, of Mangum, passed away Sunday night, February 22, 2015, at Quartz Mountain Medical Center in Mangum, Oklahoma. Jerry was born in Hammon, Oklahoma on July 5, 1929 to Oran and Imalove (Christian) Guernsey. She grew up and attended school in Mangum where she was a proud member of the Mangum High School class of 1947.
Virginia E. Vogle was born February 14, 1922 in Berlin, Oklahoma, the daughter of George and Marina (Green) Sollers. She died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Virginia grew up and attended school in Berlin, graduating from Berlin High School in 1940. On September 28, 1940, she married Ozell Neal in Sayre, Oklahoma.
Roberta (Bobby) Faye Yovanoff, 88, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of January 8, 2015, in her home surrounded by loved ones. Bobby was born November 11, 1926, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to John and Eunice Goeringer. The second of three daughters, she loved horseback riding, modern dance and fencing. She attended Oklahoma Women's College where her career as a teacher began.

She was the youngest of seven children born to Oma Myrtle (Underwood) and Mark McClure Tallent. Joyce spent her early years going to school at Washita, OK and moved to Fort Cobb when she was in the 8th grade.
JAMES D. LINDSEY JR., 65, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015, at his residence. Born in New York, N.Y., James was a talented model car builder and enjoyed traveling and watching sports, especially the New York Yankees. He worked as a Journeyman Millwright with General Motors for 25 years. He was a member of the Northeast Indiana Model Car Club and United Auto Workers.
Funeral services for Jacqueline LaRose Ellis, 52, of Chickasha, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2015 at the Shepherd Street Christian Church with Milton Bowens, Jr. officiating. Jacqueline LaRose Ellis was born September, 24, 1962 to the union of Callie Mae Ellis of Chickasha, Oklahoma and Isaiah Harris of Detroit, Michigan. Jacqueline was the sixth child of nine children.
