CHICKASHA -- A year ago, Bob Summers established a scholarship fund to honor the memory of Lorene Smith Summers, his devoted wife of 44 years. On May 22, he commemorated her birthday by giving an additional $10,000 to the fund.

Health Fair Highlights Women, Family at USAO

CHICKASHA -- Women's health and family counseling take center stage May 14 when the University of Science and Arts hosts a public Health Fair. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Grady County residents are encouraged to attend the free fair, which features booths from several local companies and organizations. The fair will be held in Station 82, the basement of the USAO Student Center.
