Music Senior Presents Research at State Capitol

Susanna Hayworth, a graduating music senior from Anadarko, recently represented the University of Science and Arts at the annual Research Day at the State Capitol.

One of 22 undergraduate students selected from 15 universities across the state, Hayworth's project focused on women in military aviation.

Psychology Students Present Research at State Conference

CHICKASHA -- Seven psychology students at the University of Science and Arts recently presented research at a statewide psychology conference, earning four awards as a result. The upper level psychology majors presented research at the 26th annual Oklahoma Psychological Society (OPS) research conference, held on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond on April 11.

USAO Professor, Students Earn Distinct DaVinci Awards

CHICKASHA -- Nearly 500 years after his death, Renaissance man Leonardo DaVinci is still alive and well in the form of movies, books and one statewide organization devoted to higher education in Oklahoma. Last month, the DaVinci Institute honored two students and a faculty member at the University of Science and Arts at a special reception in the Oklahoma History Center.
