CHICKASHA – Hailing all the way from Scotland, senior Frank Gibson understands the quality education — and the quality soccer — he gets from USAO.

USAO Drover men were named in the Top 10 of the NAIA, and the team has held that position for two weeks now. And Gibson is a key defender on the team.

“Getting in the top 10 is definitely good recognition for us. You know, but also, with that, a lot of teams are gunning for you. Definitely teams are wanting to come out and play well,” he said. “There’s a lot of pressure that comes with it.”

Gibson, a double major in physical education and business administration, said that while he misses home, he certainly doesn’t want to leave the country or the college.

“I’ve loved every minute of it. I wish I could stay another four years to be honest,” he said. “I love USAO and everything it has to offer.”
