CHICKASHA – The Drovers struggled to get a rhythm on Tuesday evening in their Senior Night game against Texas Wesleyan.
It was USAO’s last home game of the season, Senior Night, and the Drovers honored their four seniors: Brittany Elkins, Rashelle Carr, Amber Chaney and Paige Pulliam.
In Tuesday’s game, the Lady Rams (14-14, 9-10) topped the Drovers (5-17, 4-15) with a final of 98-40.
Both Chaney and Pulliam notched 13 points in the game, while Chaney also led the Drovers in total rebounds with seven on the night. Pulliam had two steals.
Carr scored another eight points for the Drovers.
Texas Wesleyan shot nearly 60 percent from the field on the night.
The Drovers head to Wayland Baptist to finish off the regular season on Thursday night. They will then compete in a “play in” game of the Sooner Athletic Conference tournament on March 5 in Shawnee.
