CHICKASHA — Despite double digit scoring by three USAO players, the Drover women couldn't overtake the Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers, falling 81-60 on Saturday afternoon.
Sophomore Paige Pulliam led the team in scoring and rebounding with 19 points and eight rebounds in the game.
Seniors Liberty Payne and Tabby Bailey had another 14 and 17 points respectively.
The Drovers are 5-22 overall and 2-18 in the Sooner Athletic Conference. They play at John Brown on Thursday evening before returning home for Senior Day and the final game of the season at 3 p.m. Saturday against Rogers State.
It was Homecoming Week for USAO, and Chris Jeffries and Kassie Jones were crowned USAO Homecoming King and Queen at halftime of the men’s game.
