CHICKASHA – In the first 30 minutes of play Tuesday, Calli Cooper had secured a hat trick and began to lead the Drover women a great 8-0 shutout in the team’s conference opener against Saint Gregory’s.

CHICKASHA – Tuesday night, the Drover women knocked in another win, giving them one of the best starts in school history, and junior Jordyn Yates said it just comes down to the team chemistry.

CHICKASHA – On a rainy Friday afternoon, the Drovers delivered two wins over the Rams of Texas Wesleyan and showed that both Drover soccer teams would be forces to reckon with this season.

CHICKASHA – Starting the season off 2-0, Leslie Bross and the Drover women are looking forward to seeing how far the experienced team can get in 2011.

CHICKASHA – This weekend could prove a great test for both USAO soccer teams, as the 2-0 women take on Texas Wesleyan, which defeated No. 13 Oklahoma City earlier this week.

CHICKASHA – Both Drover soccer teams came out with strong shutouts against Texas College in their second games of the season.

CHICKASHA – With several returners and a few strong newcomers, junior Calli Cooper said she isn’t worried about the Drover women’s success this season.

CHICKASHA – USAO’s first exhibition game went well for Drover coaches and athletes, who were ready to show their skill and prepare for the upcoming season on Tuesday afternoon against Southwestern Christian.

CHICKASHA – Coming off of two of the strongest seasons in school history, the Drover women have a lot to prove.

CHICKASHA – Following a NAIA National quarterfinals appearance for the men and another winning season for the women, Coach Jimmy Hampton is confident his teams can be just as good if not better this upcoming season.
