Erin  Glass

Biography

Erin Glass is the HR Specialist at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where she is committed to fostering an inclusive and productive workplace. In this role, Erin’s responsibilities include key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and professional development, while ensuring compliance with Title IX regulations to support a safe, equitable environment for all university employees.

With a strong background in workforce development and talent management, Erin supports the university’s diverse community by implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, streamline recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies. She collaborates closely with university leadership to address staffing needs, resolve employee concerns, and develop programs that promote professional growth and employee well-being.

Prior to joining USAO, Erin worked in workforce development, helping organizations improve employee retention, refine recruitment practices, and access training grants. Her experience allows her to bring a strategic approach to HR, focused on supporting both individual growth and the overall success of the university.
