USAO Facilities
In order to reserve any spaces at the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma, please fill out the online form in its entirety and submit it to hold your reservation. When you submit this form, you are making a “booking hold.” Your event is not confirmed until it is approved and fees are paid.

USAO Ballroom
The Ballroom is an elegant space perfect for receptions, banquets and meetings. With hardwood floors and beautiful details, the Ballroom fits 280 guests for a seated banquet or 400 standing. There are three projectors and audio available. Reservations should be made months in advance as the Ballroom books quickly.
USAO Alumni Chapel
The Alumni Chapel is a popular choice for weddings, intimate music concerts, religious services and meetings. Complete with 22 pews, there is a max seating of 150 guests. The Chapel houses a grand piano that can be reserved for a separate fee. There is audio and theatrical lighting available. Additionally, a small lobby can be divided for makeshift dressing rooms for wedding parties. The Chapel also books quickly, so be sure to reserve the space well in advance.
Te Ata Memorial Auditorium
Te Ata Memorial Auditorium, named after famous Oklahoma College for Women alumna and Chickasaw Nation storyteller Te Ata Fisher, is USAO’s largest gathering space. The Auditorium is ideal for large concerts, commencements, recitals, speakers and meetings with a max seating of 832. The Te Ata Memorial consists of two levels for seating and has stage lights and house audio capabilities.
Regents Room
The Regents Room is a perfect intimate gathering space for small banquets, receptions and luncheons. Fitting 50 people for a seated banquet and 80 standing/with chairs only, the room is a hidden gem in the Student Center. There are two tv monitors and audio available.
Station 82
Station 82 is one of USAO’s best options for less-formal meetings. There is audio available. Station 82, located in the basement of the Student Center, fits 125 guests seated or up to 200 standing/with chairs only.
Stevens Alumni House
The Stevens Alumni House is named after Myrtle Chandler Stevens who dedicated herself to higher education, the classroom, the community, and the farm. She served as USAO’s alumni director and as a member of the USAO faculty. The downstairs area of the Alumni House is great for meetings, showers, receptions or other special functions. The meeting room has an executive table that seats 18 and a 60" TV for presentations. There is a formal seating area off the full kitchen as well as a furnished patio. Nash Library
The Nash Library Music Pocket can be reserved by current faculty, staff and students.
Other/On-Campus Location
This includes the Emerson Room, Gary Hall Lounge, Davis Hall Amphitheater, a classroom or another room/location on campus not included above. These spaces can be reserved by current faculty, staff and students.
