Biography

Dr. Kenneth Morgan‑Aguilera is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, where he teaches courses in management, leadership, and organizational behavior. He brings more than 25 years of executive and management experience across nonprofit administration, public health operations, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex program operations, and advanced initiatives that strengthen community health, organizational performance, and workforce development.

Before joining USAO, Dr. Morgan‑Aguilera served in senior leadership roles supporting school‑based health programs, nonprofit strategic planning, and community‑focused service initiatives. His professional background reflects a long‑standing commitment to developing effective leaders, improving organizational systems, and expanding access to essential services for diverse and underserved populations.

In addition to his academic and professional work, Dr. Morgan‑Aguilera has been actively engaged in public service. He was a candidate for the United States Congress, running a community‑centered campaign focused on leadership, accountability, and service. His experience in public leadership informs his teaching philosophy and enriches the real‑world perspectives he brings to the classroom.

Dr. Morgan‑Aguilera’s academic and professional interests include organizational leadership, management strategy, organizational culture, and the practical application of leadership theory in dynamic and evolving workplaces. He is dedicated to preparing students to lead with integrity, purpose, and impact.
