Giving Day at the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma received a new look this year with the launch of "Green Day," scheduled to take place Feb. 29, 2024. This initiative aims to unite alumni, students, faculty, staff and Drover fans from all over the world to raise funds in support of the university.

"Green Day is about coming together for our shared future,” said JP Audas, senior vice president for external relations. “Through the generosity of our donors, the university seeks to expand its impact and provide transformative educational experiences for our current and future students. Every gift made on this day is a statement of our collective dedication to the success of USAO."

Funds raised during Green Day will support a variety of educational programs and initiatives across campus that will educate, elevate and innovate the next generation of leaders. These include scholarships and financial aid for students, faculty development and research opportunities, campus infrastructure improvements, student organizations, extracurricular activities, athletics, and innovative teaching methods and technologies.
