This pre-professional degree at Science & Arts gives future nurses the academic background needed for success, no matter which field of medicine they choose to practice.

Pre-nursing students who wish to receive a Bachelor of Science degree as well as becoming registered nurses will apply to a college of nursing for two years of clinical training after completing two years of designated academic courses at Science & Arts.

After successfully finishing the four years, students will be eligible to sit for the state board examination for licensure as a registered nurse and also have a degree from the university where they completed their upper-division courses.
