USAO Presents the 25th Season of the Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series

The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma is excited to announce the 25th season of the Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series. The Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series is a collection of events that aims to provide accessible entertainment for college students and the surrounding community. This 25th season is an exceptional collection of dance, music, comedy, and acrobatics.
On October 30th, 2025, the Chicago Tap Theatre will perform a variety of narrative dances paired with live music performed by the theatre’s very own collection of live musicians. Expect a unique take on the American classic—prepare to laugh, cry, and watch in awe as the Chicago Tap Theatre starts the 25th season of the Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series strong.
November 20th, 2025, brings us to the Grand Ol’ Christmas Show. This retro-style radio show will have you laughing at satirical, musical, and nostalgic takes on your favorite Christmas classics. What better way to celebrate Christmas than laughing with the entire family?
Kicking off the 2026 half of theseries, Mojo & the Bayou Gypsies will present their original Louisiana style blues on February 12th. The eccentric group of musicians was inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame in 2024, and come to USAOto give us a taste of authentic mojo music; through a combination of the southern state’s favorite Cajun instruments.
Wrapping up on March 5th, 2026, The Peking Acrobats are sure to be a show-stopping finale to the 25th season of the Davis-Waldorf Performing Arts Series. These daring maneuvers will leave you in awe as these dedicated performers fly through obstacles with ease. Accompanied by live musicians, you can expect contortion, advanced gymnastics, and impressive stunts.
