To celebrate the great accomplishments of our graduates, Science & Arts is inviting all graduates from April 2020 to April 2021 to the spring 2021 ceremony.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Everyone in attendance will be required to wear masks for the entirety of the ceremony. This includes graduates, guests, faculty and staff. There will be portable restrooms, handwashing stations, hand sanitizer and extra disposable masks available outdoors.
Information for Graduates
Rehearsal will be held Friday, April 23 at 3:30 p.m. It is imperative that you are in attendance for this rehearsal. Please contact Chelsea Phillips, Registrar, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 405-574-1205 if you are not able to make it to rehearsal.
The Science & Arts Alumni Association will be set up in a tent outside of Troutt Hall beginning at 9 a.m. for an opportunity to have a professional photo taken of you in your cap and gown. This is a free gift to you provided by the Science & Arts Alumni Association. The Science & Arts Alumni backdrop will also be set up under the tent for post-ceremony candid photos with friends and family. Make sure you get a photo in front of the DROVER ALUM sign set up in front of Troutt Hall.
Other Important Info
Before your diploma is released, you must complete a Senior Exit Exam. This is specific to your major. Please contact the Assessment Office, Troutt Hall 318A, 405-574-1281, email@example.com, for more information on completing your Senior Exit Exam.
Please check and clear all of your outstanding holds. We will not be able to release your diploma or final transcript if there are any outstanding holds left on your account.
Final transcripts and diplomas for spring 2021 graduates should be ready for you to pick up by May 17. Diplomas not picked up by June 14 will be mailed to the address indicated on your graduation application. Science & Arts is not liable for diplomas once they are mailed. Please be sure the Registrar’s Office has your correct address.
