A student-driven production of the 1939 Comedy of Manners The Man Who Came To Dinner, written by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart, is set to take the stage with three different performances taking place on:

· Friday, October 30 at 7:30 p.m.

· Saturday. October 31st at 2 p.m.

· Saturday, November 7th at 7:30 p.m.

The family friendly production introduces a contemporary audience to this timeless script. With themes exploring how society treats celebrities and one another, The Man Who Came to Dinner comments on the control celebrities and influencers retain - remaining intensely relevant 86 years later.

The October 30th and 31st performances exemplify student ownership of Theatre Program productions which encompasses set construction, costuming, lighting, and stage management, with the exception of the lead role, performed by USAO Alumni C.W. Bardsher. Meanwhile, the November 7th performance features a massive reunion performance with a company of 75 current students, alumni cast, and crew.

Tickets are free for all performances. Donations will be accepted for the November 7th showing to directly benefit the launch of a brand-new scholarship fund, with further details to be announced at the event.
