The University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma has partnered with AllVoices, a reporting platform designed to enhance communication and engagement within organizations. This tool provides students, faculty and staff with a secure, anonymous way to report an incident or share ideas, concerns and feedback, with the goal of fostering a more transparent and connected campus.

“At USAO, it’s essential that every member of our campus community feels valued and heard,” said Angela Harris, Chief Human Resources Officer and Title IX Coordinator. “AllVoices gives us the opportunity to ensure that everyone—whether student, faculty or staff—has a safe, anonymous way to express their concerns and ideas. Everyone has a voice, and we want to hear it.”

AllVoices is a leading incident reporting platform designed to help organizations create safer and more inclusive environments by providing anonymous reporting and AI-powered case management and insights.

“At AllVoices, we believe that creating an environment where everyone feels safe and empowered to speak up is essential for building a healthy culture, whether in the workplace or on a university campus,” said Claire Schmidt, founder of AllVoices.
