Sparks Hall offers comfortable living with convenience. It is a three-story, quaint, double suite-style traditional dorm. Located next to the Student Center, which houses the Nobbs Wellness Center, USAO Bookstore, cafeteria and Dusty’s, Sparks is at the center of campus life!
In addition, Sparks contains rooms for men and women in separate quarters. Preference for Sparks Hall living is given to freshmen. There are 108 rooms in total.
Rooms are fully furnished with extra-long twin-size beds, desks and chairs, dressers, shelves and a vanity. Sparks also provides free Wi-Fi. You will also find a computer room and study lounge in Sparks, along with a laundry facility, social lounge, community kitchen and movie room, which are located on the first floor.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024
Double occupancy (fall and spring) – $1,915 per trimester
Small-room single (fall and spring) – $2,440 per trimester
Sparks is not available for the Summer Trimester. Costs related to housing are subject to change.
