Non-Resident Student Scholarships
To be eligible, you must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and apply for admission prior to Feb. 1, 2025. You may submit new test scores through May 1, 2025 to upgrade your scholarship package. USAO accepts ACT scores or the SAT equivalent. You must be enrolled full-time at USAO and maintain a minimum GPA (requirements vary).

This scholarship is for students whose primary residence is outside of Oklahoma. Eligibility for transfer students will be considered based on their academic profile from all college transcripts. U.S. citizen, high school GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and 24+ ACT or SAT equivalent, admitted to USAO under regular admissions. |
2.75+ GPA, full-time enrollment each fall and spring. |

Eligibility for transfer students will be considered based on their academic profile from all college transcripts. U.S. citizen, admitted to USAO under regular admissions. |
