The Office of Accessible Education promotes and ensures that no student with a disability is denied the benefits of, excluded from participation in, or otherwise subjected to discrimination under educational programs and activities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 504), and applicable state law.
Students who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of disability and are unable to find resolution through the Office of Accessible Education may contact the director of the university’s Office of Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources, at 405-574-1211 to file a complaint.
Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.
